Abstract
The prosecutor plays a pivotal role in the international criminal justice system, he is not only a party to the proceedings but an important and significant role to play in international criminal justice. His role is not just to secure the conviction but to bring out truth to the surface including both the exculpatory as well as the inculpatory evidence.
