About the Journal

Journal of Alternate Dispute Resolution (JADR) is a quarterly, peer-reviewed digital journal dedicated to the study and research of Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) methods. Launched in 2022 and bearing ISSN: 2583-682X, JADR provides a platform for scholarly discussions on ADR techniques and related subjects, with four issues published annually.

The primary objective of JADR is to promote research on various ADR modes, such as mediation, arbitration, and conciliation, while also encouraging interdisciplinary studies that relate to dispute resolution. The journal follows a double-blind peer review process and maintains a plagiarism limit of 10% (as per Turnitin), ensuring high standards of academic quality.

Though the journal primarily covers ADR practices in India, JADR welcomes submissions from researchers worldwide, as long as their work aligns with the central theme of ADR. Articles are published in English, making the journal accessible to a global audience.
